schön Ihr Interesse geweckt zu haben. Ich heiße Claudia Schnettger und bin seit meiner Kindheit von Musik fasziniert. Zu musizieren bedeutet für mich, in Kontakt mit mir und mit anderen durch die Musik zu kommen, mit Hilfe der Musik Geschichten zu erzählen und Emotionen zu wecken. 

Claudia Schnettger is bron in 1991. Since her childhood she is interested in music. In the age of 5 years she started to play the flute, the age of 9 she started to get piano lessons with Tatsumi-Reichle.

Her musical career started by studying music education at the University of Arts (Universität der Künste) in Berlin. Besides being taught piano lessons by Viktoria Lakissova, she took flute, singing and percussion classes at the university. During her Bachelor degree she conducted a children’s choir, taught piano lessons as well as a music improvisation class at a community association in Berlin. Being interested in extending her musical knowledge, she studied piano performance for one year abroad with Vicky Ray and Aron Kallay at the California Institute of the Arts in Los Angeles.


She finished her Masters degree with merit at the University of Birmingham, where she took piano lessons with the classical concert pianist Di Xiao.

After finishing her Master degree in music performance Claudia Schnettger studied music therapy (Master of Arts) at the SRH Heidelberg.

Currently, she is working as a music therapist, music teacher and as a musician in Berlin.

Her musical performances as a pianist, bass clarinetist and flutist are characterised by playing different styles of music such as classical repertoire, contemporary music and improvisation.
